Terms of Use
Last updated: July 13, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the LawyerAI service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
The service is provided by EPINKO LIMITED, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“LawyerAI,” “we,” or “us”), and these Terms form an agreement between you and EPINKO LIMITED. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
2. The Service
LawyerAI is an AI assistant that provides general legal information, document-generation, summarization, and comparison tools. The English version focuses on U.S. law; the Turkish version focuses on Turkish law.
3. No Legal Advice
LawyerAI provides general legal information for educational purposes only. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by your use of it. Laws vary by jurisdiction and change over time; consult a licensed attorney before acting.
4. Your Account & Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity under your account. You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to create unlawful content, infringe others' rights, circumvent security measures, reverse-engineer the platform, access it by unauthorized automated means (bots/scraping), or resell it.
6. License & Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights in the platform (including its software, design, brand, and content) are owned by EPINKO LIMITED or its licensors and are reserved. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose.
The content you submit and the documents you generate remain yours; you grant us only the limited rights needed to operate and provide the service.
7. AI Output
AI-generated answers and documents may contain errors or omissions and may not reflect current law. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it and for consulting a licensed attorney before taking important action.
8. Subscriptions & Billing
The service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (monthly/yearly); the scope and current prices are listed on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime; after cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period. Withdrawal and refund terms are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Price changes are announced before they take effect and do not affect the current period.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EPINKO LIMITED and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the service; and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits consumers' non-waivable statutory rights.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, or your right to bring proceedings before your local consumer bodies or courts where the law grants it.
