Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy sets out the cancellation, withdrawal, and refund terms for LawyerAI paid subscriptions. The service is provided by EPINKO LIMITED, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
1. Subscription Model
Paid plans are offered on monthly or yearly terms and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Current plan scope and prices are listed on the Pricing page.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime: from Settings > Membership, or by writing to support@lawyerai.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
3. 14-Day Withdrawal
Under distance-selling and consumer-contract rules, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from purchase. For digital services delivered immediately, the law allows this right to lapse once performance begins with your consent; we nevertheless honour the refund commitments below.
4. 30-Day No-Questions Refund on Yearly Plans
For yearly subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. This commercial guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
5. Refunds on Monthly Plans
For monthly subscriptions, requests within the first 14 days receive a full refund; later periods are not refunded, but you can cancel to stop future renewals. Where a service failure caused the issue, our support team will review the case individually.
6. How & When Refunds Are Paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
